Senior Corporate Paralegal
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the Legal Department, the full-time Senior Corporate Paralegal will manage corporate records, conduct legal research, and assist with transactions while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Prepare, organize, and maintain corporate records, including board minutes and organizational documents Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and facilitate annual meetings and board activities Collaborate with various departments to meet regulatory requirements and assist in the preparation of legal documents for corporate transactions Required qualifications: Minimum of 7 years' experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred Notary certification is a plus Thorough knowledge of legal terminology, contracts, and related documents Proficiency in using computers, particularly Word, Excel, and Adobe
