What You'll Do As a Tooling/CNC Operator , you'll be a key member team of our team and will help test new fixtures and programs to produce machined parts by setting up and operating a CNC machine. Additionally, the technician will fabricate, assemble, and repair various types of composite mold tooling. Will also work with a variety of composite materials, hand tools, and power tools such as grinders, saws, and sanders. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC equipment to prove out programs and machining concepts Assist in troubleshooting new programs/fixtures Configure tools and ensure efficient production Use dimensional measurement tools Lay-up composite materials Vacuum bag and consolidate materials Read blueprints, templates, process sheets, and other authorized documents Develop shop aids to facilitate the fabrication of composite parts Perform repairs Maintain electronic and paper records as required Maintain a clean and orderly work area Assist other operators Other duties as assigned or required Required

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
