RemX is seeking a Medical Assistant to support dermatology providers in delivering efficient, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and document vital signs and medical history
- Assist the dermatologist during examinations and procedures
- Scribe patient encounters and maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Perform clinical duties including blood draws, suture removal, and wound care
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies
- Schedule patient appointments and support daily clinic workflow
- 1+ year of medical assistant or clinical experience preferred
- Medical Assistant certification preferred; required after hire if not currently certified
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer systems
