About the Opportunity
Our client is a distinguished, well-established full-service law firm located in Los Angeles. Joining their dynamic Tax, Trusts & Estates Department, you will work directly alongside practice group partners on high-impact transactional matters for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, emerging businesses, and private companies.

Key Experience & Requirements
- Law Firm Experience: 4 to 8 years of law firm practice dedicated strictly to income/transactional tax law
- Transactional Tax Expertise: Deep experience advising private entities (S corps, C corps, partnerships) on M&A, joint ventures, dispositions, and restructurings.
- Drafting Proficiency: Proven track record drafting, negotiating, and reviewing tax provisions, indemnifications, partnership allocation provisions, and purchase price allocations.
- Pre-Transaction Restructuring: Direct counseling on pre-transaction restructurings
- Qualifications: JD degree from an accredited law school, active California Bar license (or immediate eligibility), and US work authorization without sponsorship.
