As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with suppliers, manage inventory levels, and contribute to our overall supply chain strategy. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to optimize costs. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply needs to prevent shortages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies with company goals. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain. Assist in the development of procurement policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
