We are looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations for a real estate and property organization in Panama City Beach, Florida. This Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and creates a positive first impression for callers and visitors. The role will focus on managing incoming communications, coordinating basic administrative tasks, and helping the office run smoothly on a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and provide a courteous, organized front-desk experience for clients, tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate contacts, and taking accurate messages when needed.
• Handle routine inquiries with care while ensuring urgent matters are escalated to the right person in a timely manner.
• Support daily office activities by maintaining reception area organization and assisting with basic clerical and administrative tasks.
• Monitor call flow throughout the day and operate the switchboard efficiently to keep internal and external communication running smoothly.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of messages, visitor activity, and other front-office communications as required.
• Provide dependable part-time reception coverage and help ensure consistent service during scheduled business hours.• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system with confidence and accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, customer-focused demeanor.
• Comfortable answering a high volume of inbound calls while staying organized and composed.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a part-time contract assignment.
• Basic administrative and clerical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in a real estate, property management, or office environment is preferred.
