Job Opportunity Full‑time General Dentist in Vancouver, WA. Compensation Competitive annual income between $205,000 and $450,000, with no production targets. Compensation includes a percentage of production based on experience. Benefits Healthcare package (Medical, Dental, Vision) Short and long‑term disability 401(k) with company match and pre‑tax savings plan Life insurance Complimentary malpractice coverage Continuing education credits and partial license/DEA reimbursement after 2 years Position Details Full team of in‑house Board‑eligible or Certified specialists to support specialty needs. Predominantly PPO practice. Comprehensive dental office. Schedule Monday through Thursday; 1 Saturday per month required. Location 2404 Columbia House Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98661. Qualifications Accredited Dental School Graduate Current WA State Dental License (or ability to acquire one by time of employment) Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI Experience preferred Compliance To comply with Washington State’s pay transparency laws (RCW 49.58.110), this job posting includes a designated email address for the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries to send any notices of noncompliance.
