What You'll Be Responsible For As Principal Creative, Art Direction you will lead the development of high‑impact brand and campaign work that strengthens Circle’s global presence. You will translate complex financial and blockchain concepts into clear, compelling, and compliant visual storytelling. As a senior individual contributor, you will own major creative initiatives end‑to‑end, partner closely with cross‑functional teams, and uphold the visual integrity and consistency of Circle’s brand across channels. What You’ll Work On Lead the concept development and execution of multi‑channel brand and campaign initiatives Simplify complex concepts in blockchain, payments, and financial infrastructure into accessible, engaging narratives. Own key brand visuals and ensure consistency across digital, social, video, experiential, and print touchpoints Partner cross‑functionally with Copy, Brand, Product Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to deliver aligned creative solutions Provide art direction and creative guidance to internal teammates and external agency partners Ensure all creative work is on‑brand, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives Contribute to the evolution of Circle’s visual identity system as the brand grows What You’ll Bring To Circle Core Requirements 10+ years of experience in creative roles such as Senior Art Director, Associate Creative Director, or Principal Creative Strong conceptual development and visual storytelling experience across global brands Proven ability to simplify complex subject matter into compelling and accessible creative Expertise in brand systems, visual identity, and multi‑channel execution Experience collaborating with senior cross‑functional stakeholders to bring campaigns to market Ability to independently lead large, complex creative initiatives from strategy through delivery Preferred Requirements Experience with blockchain or digital asset products Combination of agency and in‑house experience Base Pay Range: $172,500 - $222,500 We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.
