Real Estate Inside Sales Representative

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Real Estate Inside Sales Representative for a rapidly growing Florida-based homebuilding company. This is an onsite opportunity located in Jacksonville, FL, with a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM schedule. POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Real Estate Inside Sales Representative will serve as an important first point of contact for prospective customers and leads, managing inbound inquiries and conducting outbound outreach. This role will qualify prospects, maintain accurate CRM records, and schedule appointments for Property Counselors. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic communicator who enjoys connecting with people, can thrive in a high-volume environment, and is highly organized and detail-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer and manage inbound calls and leads, providing responsive and engaging customer service. Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and realtor referral lists to generate interest and engagement. Qualify prospects using established talk tracks and scripts to identify needs and next steps. Schedule Zoom appointments for Property Counselors and ensure prospective customers are appropriately routed. Maintain accurate lead statuses, notes, and activity within CRM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Inside sales experience required, with a demonstrated ability to conduct inbound and outbound sales calls and engage prospective customers. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively qualify leads. Familiarity with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The salary for this position is $60,000 annually.
