Job Title
This position is located in various Chinle Service Unit locations at a school-based health clinic. Incumbent provides year-round health care & public health education to students, care coordination, advocates for quality student-centered care & manages a comprehensive school-based health program for pediatric/adolescent patients. Incumbent reports to the Supervisory Public Health Nurse.
A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
