What You'll Do

• Deliver full-scope optometric care to an educated, engaged patient community

• See a comfortable, well-managed patient load of ~20 per day

• Collaborate directly with in-house MDs for seamless referrals within your own practice

• Work across multiple lanes supported by advanced diagnostics

• Contribute to our dry eye clinic, aesthetic services, and specialty care

• Learn, teach, and grow with a team of experienced colleagues

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) with an active or obtainable North Carolina license

• Passion for full-scope, patient-centered care

• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

• Commitment to clinical quality and the kind of experience that earns 5-star reviews

• Interest in long-term growth—including future ASC ownership

Bonus Points

• Experience with dry eye management or aesthetic services

• History of building lasting patient relationships
