Labor & Employment Associate Attorney Los Angeles | Orange County | San Diego A sophisticated, results-driven law firm is continuing to grow and is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to join a well-established, mid-sized firm with 200+ employees, strong attorney and staff tenure, and a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience representing employers in labor and employment matters and be interested in continuing to develop their practice alongside an experienced team. Please note- this role can be fully remote anywhere in California for someone with 7+ years of experience. What You'll Do Advise and counsel employers on a variety of labor and employment matters Assist with employment litigation, including wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and related claims Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Participate in discovery, depositions, mediations, and other litigation activities Work closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies Manage multiple matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Labor & Employment experience Must have PAGA and FEHA experience California Bar admission in good standing Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities Professional, positive, and team-oriented approach Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment ABA-accredited law school What the Firm Offers Competitive compensation based on experience Excellent benefits package Paid medical and dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Group life insurance Long-term disability and supplemental insurance options Flexible Spending Account Employee Assistance Program Paid firm holidays Unlimited PTO Paid maternity and paternity leave Monthly travel/parking allowance Flexible work environment Collaborative and supportive firm culture Strong opportunities for professional growth Compensation will depend on experience and qualifications and may differ from any range indicated in the posting.
