Housekeeper Janitor

Housekeeper/Janitor- we're willing to train, come join our team! New grads are welcome. Position Summary: Performs the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department to assure our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner for all patients and visitors. Qualifications:
Work schedule
- operate standard housekeeping equipment (vacuum, mops, brooms, etc.)
- Outstanding customer service and a kind communication style
- Desire to keep workplace clean and safe
- Performs various cleaning assignments as directed by supervisor. Includes but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, etc.
- Abides by safe and proper handling of all chemical/cleaning products and stocking of housekeeping carts
- Cleans and tidies all assigned areas to satisfactory standards within designated timelines
- Creates/follows daily job duties lists in collaboration with supervisor and other housekeepers, maintaining a record all serviced rooms/areas
- Maintains all equipment in good working condition, reporting any needs for repairs
- Reports equipment/product needs, policy violations and/or patient change in conditions
- Handles reasonable guests' complaints/requests and informs others when required to ensure patient and guest satisfaction
