Restaurant Manager

Job Description Job Description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and help lead our front- and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability, and is passionate about guest service. Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day restaurant and lounge operations * Lead, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards * Ensure an excellent guest experience and promptly resolve concerns * Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency * Enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards * Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls * Work closely with ownership and management to drive sales and profitability * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Qualifications * Previous restaurant management experience required (high-volume preferred) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team * Experience with scheduling, labor management, and basic financials * Comfortable working evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays * Food safety certification preferred Company Description Estrella Taqueria & Lounge is a vibrant, high-energy restaurant and bar located in the heart of Downtown Riverside.
