As a Production Line Operator, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.The role:As a Production Line Operator, you will help drive our goals by:• Inspecting, loading, packaging, labeling and boxing diesel catalyst products in line with production plans• Following all Johnson Matthey Health, Safety and Life Saving Policies, including electrical and mechanical isolation and safe operation of machinery• Visually inspecting products to identify defects, damage or non-conformance and ensuring correct segregation and traceability• Handling and maintaining accurate identification of parts, substrates, cartons and skids by lot number• Supporting production flow by completing assigned tasks from the Shift Supervisor or Process Control Engineer• Participating in housekeeping and 5S activities to maintain a safe, organized production environmentKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:• High school diploma or equivalent• 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures and quality standards• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office• Attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or deviations• Willingness to train and support new team membersEven if you only match some of the skills, we’d love to hear from you to discuss further!What we offer:We make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
