Pharmacy Manager

Remote option available; will require periodic onsite requirement Job Description: Specialty: Ambulatory Location: Fort Wayne, IN Shift: Day 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Start: ASAP Duration: Full-time/Permanent Qualifications: Candidates must possess a pharmacy degree from an ACPE‐accredited institution with completion of a PGY‐2 ambulatory care residency program, PGY1/2 HSPAL program, or equivalent experience. Leadership experience required. Three years healthcare supervision preferred. Pharmacy licensure, or eligibility, in Indiana and Ohio required. Candidates must have a high level of ambulatory clinical and administrative skills, enthusiasm for patient care, and the interpersonal skills needed to interact effectively with health professionals, patients, residents, and students. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in clinical pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and program development. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Leadership experience with population health, chronic disease management, and collaborative practice agreements preferred.
