Full-Time Territory Sales Representative

Job Type: Regular Work Location: Market - SWFBA - NY - Albany Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday Overview Start your sales career with 2020 Companies, representing Springs Window Fashions – the top window‑covering brand in North America. In this role, you’ll work inside major home improvement stores, helping customers find the right window solutions while increasing product visibility and sales. Responsibilities Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products. Build strong relationships with store associates and customers. Maintain and set up product displays and merchandising. Meet or exceed sales targets and generate leads. Provide excellent customer service and product education. Travel within your territory, visiting 2–5 stores per day. Drive sales growth and achieve/exceed sales targets in assigned retail locations. Cultivate retailer relationships with key decision‑makers. Deliver exceptional customer experiences. Maximize product placement and in‑store presence. Act as a trusted advisor, educating retailers and customers on product features and benefits. Execute and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities. Report and analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide regular reports to management. Qualifications Sales experience or strong interest in building a career in sales. Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills. Self‑starter who can work independently. Comfortable working in a retail environment. Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets. Experience influencing retail partners and establishing relationships with decision‑makers. Strong customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Situational adaptability – flexible and responsive to change. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to communicate it clearly. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and availability for occasional overnight assignments. Physical ability to lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more.
