As a Customer Account Representative, you'll be at the heart of our team-serving as the go-to connection between our company and our clients. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.

You can expect a steady workflow with minimal seasonal fluctuations, giving you consistency and rhythm in your day-to-day responsibilities. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role reporting directly to the Customer Service Account Manager.

• Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30PM
• Starting Pay Range is: $17.00/hourly + (based on experience)
• Receive weekly pay

Primary Job Duties:

• Communicate with customer via email and phone
• Assign and release orders sent for loading and unloading
• Allocate and research inventory for orders
• Coordinate workloads among warehouse workers, material handlers and truck drivers
• Prepare work orders; troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs)
• Maintain and generate required reports as directed by CSRM.

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• No experience required - will train the right person
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication
• Must be able to problem solve and focus on details
