Clinical Technology Specialist

We’re seeking a Clinical Technology Specialist to provide initial and ongoing IT help desk support for Clinic Team Members, both onsite and remote. The role involves troubleshooting computer and X-ray equipment, explaining technology issues, supporting the Patient Management System, and coordinating with the Smile Doctors Help Desk. Responsibilities Troubleshoot computer and X-ray related issues promptly. Explain technology issues to non-technical clinic staff. Resolve Patient Management System problems. Set up and maintain computer equipment as needed. Coordinate with and provide escalation support to the Smile Doctors Help Desk. Provide weekly updates to the Director of Clinical Technology on tickets and requests. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of previous support/help desk experience. Ability to multitask and prioritize requests. Strong organizational skills. Quick learner. Benefits Competitive salary. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance.
