This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, hands-on construction team focused on delivering high-quality multifamily communities that make a lasting impact. We’re looking for a strong field leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and knows how to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.## What You’ll Do* Lead all field operations from project start through closeout for multifamily construction projects in Atlanta* Serve as the primary on-site leader for subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and ownership representatives* Partner closely with Project Managers to maintain schedules, coordinate sequencing, and drive project milestones* Lead and mentor the full field project team while maintaining accountability across all trades* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, safety requirements, and company quality standards* Manage subcontractor coordination, inspections, deliveries, punch lists, and turnover activities* Maintain detailed jobsite documentation including daily logs, schedules, reports, photos, and as-built drawings* Promote and enforce OSHA and company safety standards through regular toolbox talks and site inspections## What You’ll Bring* 5–10 years of Superintendent experience within multifamily construction* Previous experience leading full project teams on ground-up multifamily developments* Experience managing construction projects within the state of Georgia* Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills* Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling software including Microsoft Project* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience preferred## Compensation & Benefits* Base salary ranging from $105,000–$125,000 annually based on experience* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage* 401(k) with company match* 18 days PTO and 11.5 paid holidays annually* Paid parental leave and lifestyle spending accounts* Opportunity to work on impactful, high-profile multifamily developments in the Atlanta market* Collaborative, team-oriented culture with long-term growth opportunitiesIf you’re a driven construction leader ready to oversee impactful multifamily projects from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you!Gorman & Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
