The Retail Associate/Department Manager plays a key role in supporting store operations and driving sales within their department. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this position involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory, and ensuring the store environment is neat and inviting. The role requires a strong focus on in-store sales and regular weekend availability alongside standard weekday hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance shopper experience
- Support sales efforts to meet departmental targets
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to company standards
- Apply thorough product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Required Qualifications
