A leading civil engineering consultancy (company confidential) is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Civil Site Design Engineer to join its growing team. Preferred Qualifications
- Pennsylvania E.I.T. certification preferred
- 0-2 years of relevant civil engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Civil Site Design Engineer, you'll support a broad range of projects from initial concept through design and permitting. You'll collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to help deliver high-quality engineering solutions for a variety of development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of civil/site projects including grading, stormwater management, erosion control, and utility systems
- Research and apply state and local engineering standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare engineering plans, calculations, technical reports, and supporting documentation
- Support site evaluations, feasibility studies, and technical analyses
- Coordinate with contractors, municipal agencies, and client engineering teams throughout project development
- Assist with zoning submissions, permitting applications, and approval processes
- Provide ongoing technical and project support to Project Managers and Project Engineers across multiple active projects

Requirements

PA E.I.T. preferred
0-2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Knowledge of:
- Land development and site work
- Stormwater management
- Grading
- Erosion & sediment control
- Utility design
Familiarity with regulatory permitting and zoning approvals
Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
