Director of FinanceThe Director of Finance serves as the strategic finance leader for the FES Division, partnering closely with the Regional Vice President, General Managers and Executive Leadership Team to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and value creation. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of the FES financial planning, forecasting, business performance management, strategic analysis, and decision support while developing a high-performance finance organization.The Director acts as a trusted business advisor, translating financial insights into actionable strategies that improve operational performance, optimize capital allocation, strengthen cash flow and support long-term enterprise objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Finance LeadershipFinancial Planning & AnalysisBusiness Performance & Operational PartnershipFinancial Governance & Risk ManagementOrganizational LeadershipQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant experience supporting multi-site service, industrial, manufacturing, or field operations organizations.Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to influence business strategy and operational performance.Deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, business modeling, and performance management.Experience supporting private equity-backed organizations, including EBITDA management, cash flow optimization, value creation initiatives, and Board reporting preferred.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and operational finance.Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, business intelligence platforms, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.Proven ability to lead organizational change, develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement across complex organizations.About Smart CareSmart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment.
