Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. The role includes overseeing the receipt, storage, shipment, and reporting of materials and equipment, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining a safe work environment, and providing leadership and mentorship to warehouse staff. Responsibilities Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. Ensure overtime stays within budgeted limits. Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Maintain inventory accuracy and account for all materials and supplies in the store facilities. Audit goods received into the warehouse. Coach and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values. Ensure routine paperwork is completed on time and accurately. Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members. Lead day‑to‑day activities of employees, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance on complex issues. Provide input into hiring, firing, and performance reviews. Work with customer service to resolve warehouse‑related issues. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree a plus. At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff, and at least 3 years of warehouse experience, basic skill level. Compensation Salary range: $67,000.00 – $101,000.00 per year. Salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
