Paralegal - Real Estate Development and Investments - Atlanta Winstead PC, 3414 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America Job Description Posted Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:00 AM Winstead's Atlanta office is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. This role requires prior experience in commercial real estate and/or real estate development. Strong experience with title and survey review is ideal and familiarity with entity formations is a plus. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm One of the following credentials is strongly preferred: (1) Bachelor's degree; (2) Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies; (3) Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation Highly organized and self-motivated Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment This is a great opportunity for a seasoned paralegal who thrives in a dynamic legal setting and is passionate about real estate law.
