Job Description Responsible for X-raying patients using radiologic equipment that produces radiographs (x‑rays) of the body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by the Radiologist. Generates high‑quality images to assist with diagnosis and treatment. Prepares and maintains records and files as directed. Principal Accountabilities Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines. Demonstrate knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment, including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care and sanitization of all equipment. Obtain patient history, explain routine procedures, and address patient queries or concerns. Maintain all equipment for procedures, assess safety, physical, and physiological comfort of patient. Monitor need for procedure revisions and coordinate daily imaging procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School. 0‑3 years of experience as a Radiographer or in a relevant area. NJ State Radiologic Technologist (RT) license. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred: Experience working in a Health Care Facility, Hospital System, or relevant area.
