This role demands expertise in a high-pressure, Level 1 trauma environment, working primarily in ortho, neuro, and trauma units. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Deliver patient-centered care in ortho, neuro, trauma, and MS units
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols, particularly for trauma patients
• Embrace flexibility, prepared to float to MS inpatient and ED units as necessary
• Contribute to a supportive work culture with team members and new hires
• Administer and manage various medical drips, IVs, and phlebotomy tasks

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• MA license required
• BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications are mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 1 trauma setting
• Epic experience required
• Previous travel experience is preferred*
