Position Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekend shifts!)
• Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

What You‘ll Do

• Direct Patient Care & Setup: Lead hands-on and remote setups for CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP devices, providing customized mask fittings to ensure maximum comfort and success.
• Empowerment & Education: Teach patients how to use, clean, and maintain their equipment, navigate insurance compliance, and use digital health tools like AirView and myAir.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Troubleshoot mask leaks, pressure issues, and comfort concerns, while escalating complex clinical needs when appropriate.
• Customer Support: Welcome walk-in and phone-in patients, answer therapy questions, and fulfill replacement supply orders.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain organized inventory, manage supply shipments, and log thorough, accurate patient documentation in compliance with healthcare privacy standards.

What You Bring

• Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and reading) to support diverse patient communities.
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• People First Mindset: Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills with a genuine passion for patient care.
• Core Strengths: Sharp attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, solid multi-tasking skills, and strong reliability.
• Integrity: Commitment to confidentiality (HIPAA), punctuality, and collaborative teamwork.
