Reach Truck/Sit Down Forklift

An established, premier logistics and supply chain solutions provider in Bridgewater is looking to expand its team. Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Rare, occasional Saturday overtime)

Key Responsibilities This is a highly active role where you will spend approximately 80% of your time operating power equipment and 20% performing general warehouse duties.

• Safely and efficiently operate both Sit-Down Forklifts and Stand-Up Reach Trucks.
• Load, unload, stage, and put away inventory in high-density rack systems.
• Perform manual material handling, including heavy lifting, order picking, and palletizing.
• Adhere to strict safety and regulatory guidelines regarding product handling and storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and a clean, organized workspace.

Position Requirements

• Equipment Expertise: Proven experience operating both Sit-Down Forklifts and Stand-Up Reach Trucks.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle consistent heavy lifting and active physical labor daily.
• Hazmat Experience: Background or experience with hazardous materials (Hazmat) and/or chemical handling is a strong plus (but not strictly required).
• Reliability: Dependable transportation to the Bridgewater location and a strong track record of punctuality.
• Screening: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening prior to employment.
