We believe children learn best through exploration, creativity, and meaningful connections with nature.Position Details: *Full time* Beginning July 20* $22-$25 per hour DOEResponsibilities:Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standardsCreate a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged childrenMonitor and document children's developmental progress and milestonesCommunicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student growthSupervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and daily routinesCollaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a cohesive school communityMaintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroomQualifications:Minimum 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units requiredPrevious experience working with preschool or early childhood-aged childrenCurrent CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtainStrong communication, patience, and interpersonal skillsAbility to pass a background check and health screeningWarm, enthusiastic, and child-centered teaching philosophy; passion for creating a positive, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

Must pass Live Scan fingerprint clearance and meet all California Community Care Licensing requirementsWHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HEREUp to $25 per hour$500 signing bonus paid after six months of successful, continuous employmentPAID TIME OFF: Our full-time teachers are paid for all scheduled school holidays and closures, including Labor Day, Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, New Year's, ML King Jr. Day, President's Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day, and Independence Day closures. Discounted/ Scholarship/Possible Free Tuition for teachers' children:Teachers' children that fall into the appropriate age range (2.5- 5 years old)
