Job Purpose CNH’s Cameron team is looking for dependable, safety‑focused, and committed members to join our team. Shift Schedule Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities As a warehouse associate, your daily tasks will vary from receiving parts from suppliers, shipping product to customers, opening boxes, picking and repackaging parts, using a bar‑code scanning device, and operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and other tasks related to our warehouse environment. Safely select, lift, and move parts that vary in size and weight up to 40 pounds from various height locations, floor level and up, on a repetitive basis. Work in excess of 20–30 feet off floor level is common. Load small parcel carriers using mobile equipment. Maintain housekeeping: sweeping, moving boxes and pallets to appropriate areas, and keeping the work area clean. Sort products of various sizes and weights and stage for proper warehouse put‑away. Confirm accuracy of received materials and verify quality and quantity of parts received. Replenish parts in bin and rack areas throughout the warehouse. Concept parts to fit location. This position requires prolonged standing or walking for 8 or more hours based on overtime and business needs; pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs; and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Employees have the ability to cross‑train in any area needed based on business needs and staffing levels. Overtime is based on business needs. Experience Required Be 18 years or older to apply. Be able to speak, read, and understand basic English. Have basic computer knowledge – knowledge of Click System is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year applicable experience in a production environment. Minimum 1 year experience operating mobile equipment: forklift, order selector, reach truck.
