IT & Cybersecurity Specialist

Qualifications 5+ years in IT and/or cybersecurity in a hands-on role Direct Experience with NIST SP 800-171 implementation Strong knowledge of network security and Windows environments Experience in DOD, defense supply chain or regulated environments Self-directed with ability to operate without direct staff Job Duties Lead implementation and sustainment of all 110 NIST SP 800-171 controls Develop and maintain: System Security Plan (SSP) Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) Manage SPRS score and support CMMC Level 2 readiness Oversee IT security across network, endpoints, and data systems Implement MFA, access controls, patching, and vulnerability management Support design and deployment of a secure CUI enclave Maintain audit-ready documentation and lead assessments Establish incident response capability and manage cybersecurity risks Train employees in cybersecurity awareness and CUI handling Interface with customers, auditors, and external IT/security partners Schedule Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay $100,000-$140,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
