Cook/Aide Position
We are seeking a highly flexible and motivated individual who can perform both cook and aide duties within our dietary team. The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Prepare meals according to dietary specifications.
- Assist with various kitchen tasks as needed, including cleaning, organizing, and food prep.
- Be adaptable and ready to step into either the cook or aide role, as required by the team.
- Maintain an open schedule and be willing to adjust shifts based on company needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cooking or food preparation.
- Ability to assist in a kitchen aide position (cleaning, stocking, assisting chefs).
- Open availability and flexibility to work varying shifts as necessary.
- A strong work ethic, accountability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Level 2 Background Screening
Note: This is a dual role, and candidates must be prepared to fulfill both positions as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the dietary team. Changes in scheduling may occur based on the team's needs, and candidates must be willing to adapt quickly.
