We specialize in premium services including: Paint Protection Film (PPF) Ceramic Coatings Window Tint Paint Correction Powder Coating Hail Damage Repair Our clients trust us with everything from daily drivers to luxury and collector vehicles. We are building a high-performance team and are looking for a Client Advisor who loves cars, loves people, and loves winning. This Is NOT an Order-Taking Position This role is for someone who: Is passionate about cars and automotive culture Enjoys educating clients and helping them make smart decisions Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is coachable and open to feedback Wants to grow personally, professionally, and financially You will work within a structured sales process with clear expectations and training. Responsibilities Guide Clients Through Smart Decisions Answer incoming calls, website inquiries, and social media leads Conduct discovery conversations to understand the client’s goals for their vehicle Recommend the best protection and customization services Follow a Proven Sales Process Track opportunities inside our CRM system Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients Communicate clearly with the production team Deliver a World-Class Client Experience Set proper expectations for services and timelines Build trust and long-term client relationships Represent Pro Auto Spa with professionalism and enthusiasm What Success Looks Like The right candidate will: Follow structured daily activity expectations Maintain consistent communication with potential clients Participate in daily sales training and professional development Take ownership of personal performance and growth This role rewards individuals who are organized, accountable, and motivated by results.
