Content Creator

Our client is a highly collaborative and inventive creative agency based in Chicago. They are known for their award winning work across various sectors including consumer goods, retail, and health. They are currently looking for a dynamic Content Creator to join their creative studio and help drive results for a diverse roster of global brands. The ideal candidate is a social first storyteller who lives and breathes digital culture. We are looking for a hands on maker who can handle everything from shooting products and food to directing talent. You should be someone who is constantly experimenting with new technology, including AI, to push the boundaries of what is possible in digital advertising. Core Responsibilities Develop and execute platform native content for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and X. Transform creative briefs and cultural trends into compelling brand narratives. Balance the need for high speed social posts with polished, large scale campaign production. Maintain the unique voice and identity of various brands while optimizing for platform specific audiences. Work alongside strategists and marketing teams to analyze performance data and refine creative output. Monitor online conversations to identify real time opportunities for brands to engage with their communities. Experience and Skills One to three years of professional experience creating social media content for brands. Expertise in creating for TikTok and Meta with a deep understanding of current engagement strategies. High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Strong background in photo art direction and layout design. Ability to manage multiple high priority projects in a fast paced agency setting. Active interest in utilizing AI tools to enhance the creative process. Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset. Preferred Qualifications Comfortable both behind the camera and appearing on screen as needed. Prior experience working within a creative agency environment. Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing using Premiere and After Effects. Familiarity with social analytics and data driven creative optimization. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is 52,640 to 65,000 dollars per year depending on experience and skills.
