Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functioning.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Utilize blueprints and PLC troubleshooting skills for effective problem-solving.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Aptitude in both electrical and mechanical tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance is essential.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
