We are seeking friendly, dependable Dining Room Servers to join our Dining Services team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our residents while creating a warm, welcoming dining experience. Your professionalism, teamwork, and positive attitude help make every meal an enjoyable part of each resident's day.

• Greet residents and guests with courtesy and professionalism.

• Set up and prepare the dining room before each meal service.

• Take meal orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.

• Ensure meals are presented attractively and served according to resident preferences and dietary requirements.

• Clear and reset tables efficiently between meals.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room and service areas.

• Assist with beverage stations, side work, and meal preparation as assigned.

• Build positive relationships with residents by providing attentive, personalized service.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.

• Adhere to all Morningside Elite Management policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

• Flexible scheduling

• Every other weekend required

• Competitive pay

  • $750 for full-time employee referrals

  • $375 for part-time employee referrals

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, restaurants, or senior living is preferred but not required.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Dependable, friendly, and committed to providing exceptional hospitality.

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays throughout scheduled shifts.
