Associate - Inventory I - B

Job Title: Inventory Associate B-shift Monday - Friday, 3pm - 12:30am Location: Kent, WA Type: Contract / On-site Compensation: $35 per hour Responsibilities Perform a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products and materials Ensure accurate inventory management, safe operation of equipment, and maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Organize and store products in designated locations Safely operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers Load and unload trucks and containers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations Assist with receiving inspections and quality checks Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals Requirements Experience in fulfillment operations, specifically inventory counting, receiving, and packing (include years of experience and companies if available) Experience receiving or shipping inventory, including receiving, put-away, picking/kitting, or shipping Willingness to drive a forklift with training Ability to lift 50 lbs No specific skills, education, licenses, certifications, or computer knowledge specified in the data provided System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
