Job Summary
One of Texas’ largest and most prestigious Personal Injury Law Firms seeks a pre‑litigation attorney with 1‑7 years of litigation experience, preferably with some exposure to plaintiff’s personal injury.
Responsibilities
- Handle a large caseload to work up for settlement or hand off for trial.
- Negotiate with insurance companies.
- Handle medical records.
Qualifications
- 1‑7 years of litigation experience.
- Exposure to plaintiff's personal injury preferred.
- Strong negotiation and case preparation skills.
