Telecom Business Analyst

To support digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, and translate business needs into scalable system requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Conduct user research to create PMO and FMO end-to-end process documentation Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and document automation opportunities Manage product backlog and ensure final designs meet business needs while minimizing complexity and cost Required qualifications BA/BS and 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery Proven experience in data gathering and analysis for app rationalization and optimization decisions Expertise in AI and automation technologies for process mapping and optimization Proficiency in technical writing for business requirements and implementation strategies
