Role: Full-time Radiation Oncology Physicist Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical physics support for radiation oncology services including external beam radiation therapy, brachytherapy, SRS, and SBRT. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (IEMA, NRC, ACR, DNV), oversee equipment acceptance, calibration, and quality assurance. Develop and maintain departmental physics policies, procedures, and QA programs. Serve as Radiation Safety Officer, leading radiation safety, shielding, and radioactive material management. Collaborate with clinicians to optimize treatment planning and delivery. Participate in quality improvement, safety meetings, and strategic planning. Assist with staff and student education, and support clinical innovation and program development. Qualifications & Skills Master's or PhD in Physics or related field Certified Specialist in Therapeutic Radiologic Physics (ABR) - required Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Radiation Therapy (IEMA) - required Experience in medical physics or clinical setting preferred Additional Information: Opportunities for partial remote work, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance are available.
