Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)The BCBA is responsible for the implementation of individualized intervention utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and discrete trial programs within a classroom setting and/or individually if deemed necessary. The BCBA will work as a member of a collaborative team and participate in IEP team meetings as needed.Requirements:Full certification as a Board Certified Behavior AnalystExperience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, students with moderate/severe disabilities or related disordersDemonstrated knowledge and/or experience in ABA intervention including data collection and report writingDemonstrated ability to accurately and consistently follow Behavior Support Plans and Curriculum PlanEffective written and oral communication skills with students, families, teachers and administratorsDemonstrated growth toward cultural competenceSalary Range: $54,371 - $97,866Winchendon Public Schools offers all programs, activities and employment opportunities without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability.
