Part Time Front Desk Coordinator

Position Summary As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. You will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the outpatient clinic by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, coordinating appointments, and creating a welcoming and professional environment. Schedule Monday–Friday, 4:45 AM – 8:45 AM Essential Responsibilities Manage daily front office operations Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff Schedule and coordinate client appointments Maintain, file, and transfer medical records Answer phones and perform general clerical duties, including filing, copying, mailing, faxing, and data entry Order and maintain office and client supplies Support intake processes and billing documentation Maintain office equipment and coordinate vendor services when needed Manage petty cash and office‑related financial tracking Ensure the reception and office areas remain clean, organized, and professional Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to learn new software programs, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in high‑risk or crisis situations Preferred Bachelor’s degree Previous administrative or front desk experience Experience in behavioral healthcare, mental health services, or addiction treatment Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
