Production Supervisor

Our client is a well established food manufacturing company that produces a variety of snack and breakfast products. About the Role This is a Production Supervisor role with a premier company in the local area. They’re really looking for someone who can step in to cover pre-shift meetings—and oversee a team of about 20 employees across multiple production lines. The person in this role would be responsible for driving the entire manufacturing process on the floor, from raw material conversion to packaging, while managing scheduling, timekeeping, and resolving daily operational and maintenance bottlenecks. You’d also handle the direct leadership side, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and staff development. Responsibilities Cover pre-shift meetings. Oversee a team of about 20 employees across multiple production lines. Drive the entire manufacturing process on the floor, from raw material conversion to packaging. Manage scheduling and timekeeping. Resolve daily operational and maintenance bottlenecks. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and staff development. Required Skills 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to directly manage production teams, including handling performance, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Experience managing production schedules, timekeeping, and labor efficiency. Demonstrated skills in influence management, decision-making, and organizational leadership. Preferred Skills Experience in food, bakery, or beverage manufacturing (strongly preferred). Experience with SAP systems.
