Key Responsibilities Assisting with logistics management, including processing and organizing invoices to ensure smooth event operations. Coordinating outreach efforts by securing materials and recruiting volunteers to help promote the race. Participating in outreach events by providing on-site support as needed. Managing cold calls and outreach communications to connect with local organizations and partners. Helping build and maintain relationships with community groups to maximize event engagement. Schedule: Flexible, part-time (16-24 hours/week during business hours, M–F) Location: EveryMind Headquarters, Rockville, MD (with hybrid opportunities) Who You’ll Work With Marketing Manager Community Engagement & Events Manager Marketing Coordinator Volunteer teams Various staff across the organization Various community partners and event participants Qualifications Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student studying Marketing, Communications, or a related field Interest in mental health marketing and communications Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Previous customer service experience preferred.
