Active RN, BSN, NP, PA, or LVN license (where applicable) 2+ years of aesthetic injection experience Experience performing Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify and/or dermal filler treatments Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, symmetry, and facial balancing Ability to independently conduct consultations and create treatment plans Experience educating patients on treatment options and skincare regimens Proven ability to upsell services, products, and long-term treatment plans Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced med spa environment Experience treating temples, jawline, cheeks, chin, lips, under-eyes, and full facial balancing cases Dermatology or plastic surgery experience Wellness clinic experience Lab draw experience Experience training or mentoring junior injectors Existing patient following or book of business Strong before-and-after portfolio Experience with RF microneedling, laser treatments, and other aesthetic technologies Base + Commission Total pay: ~$60k-$90k+ based on performance We are seeking an experienced Nurse Injector to join a well-established medical spa that has served the community for over 17 years. This individual will play a key role in providing aesthetic consultations, injectable treatments, patient education, and revenue growth while operating with a high degree of autonomy.
