WyndRidge Health & Rehab is offering a paid Nurse Aide Training Program for motivated individuals ready to begin a rewarding career in healthcare. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn and become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in just a few weeks!
Position Summary
As a Nurse Aide in Training (NAIT), you will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals to learn how to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities while gaining the skills and knowledge needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
· Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
· Ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
· Observe and report changes in residents’ physical and mental conditions
· Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
· Follow infection control and safety procedures
· Perform basic nursing care tasks under supervision
· Complete assignments as directed by the charge nurse or supervisor
