Required Skills & Education: Applicants must be licensed to practice massage therapy in the state of Illinois. We prefer someone who is certified in Reiki as we offer Energy Massage a combination of Therapeutic Massage and Reiki and Reiki as a stand alone service. Lymphatic Drain & Prenatal are a +. Pay: We are commission based, 40% with experience ranging from $44-54 an hour, plus tips. Raises are based on several factors such as percentage and annual employment, as well as growing loyal clientele, maintaining professionalism, and following company protocol. We want to create a space with room to grow and have attainable goals to strive for annual pay increases. Availability : This can be a full or part time position 20 to 32 hours per week. There will be freedom to cover other employee's shifts if desired. Weekend availability is a must - looking for Saturday and every other Sunday.
