A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a licensed Physical Therapist eager to make an impact in a dynamic school setting. This role will serve a focused caseload of 15-20 students, delivering essential therapy services across several schools in the southern region of St. Johns County. The position is part-time at 1.5 days per week, with each day consisting of 8 hours, and extends through December 18, 2026. Perfect for professionals in or near Palm Coast, Daytona, Flagler, Palatka, or southern St. Augustine.

Key Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Florida
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently—no supervision available, as there are no PTAs on site
• Solid communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites within the southern part of the county
• Must be available for an ASAP start and commit through contract's end date

Primary Duties:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to a diverse student group
• Complete timely evaluations, treatment plans, and documentation as required by the district
• Collaborate with educational staff to develop and support student goals
• Travel between assigned schools as needed to meet student needs
• Maintain regular communication with parents and provide updates on student progress
