MDS Specialist (LPN/RN)

Position: MDS Specialist Pay Range: $42.00 - $55.00/HR DOE Location: Fir Lane Care, 2430 N. 13th St., Shelton, WA 98584 Responsibilities Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements Ensure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident Ensure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy Requirements Current LPN or RN state licensure without any enforcement action against it Previous MDS 3.0 experience required Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English Caldera Cares for you!
